Manfred Hoschek is a media producer, director, and supervisor from Vienna. In over 25 years as a TV director, he has conducted countless interviews, always focusing on people and their stories: What drives them, what is their motivation? Today, he combines this experience with new technologies, AI-supported workflows, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Since 2024, he has been the initiator and concept developer for For The People, an AI-powered learning and democracy platform that makes complex social and political processes tangible through interactive simulations and narrative learning formats. The goal is to make connections understandable and to show people that they have agency, for themselves and in democratic processes.

Since 2019, he has worked as a leadership coach, trainer, and organizational developer. Under the title Life Administration He coaches individuals, teams, and leaders using methods from storytelling, dramaturgy, and film theory. For him, coaching is the logical continuation of his directing work: Instead of just asking why someone is doing something, he asks what is good for that person and what can change to create more clarity, freedom, and room to maneuver.

As a self-employed director, format developer, and media producer, he has been realizing media productions for renowned clients and broadcasters since 2004, from concept to realization. From 2011 to 2017, he was responsible as Senior Producer and Head of Editorial at WEST4MEDIA editorial quality and content alignment, and established the company as a long-term ORF supplier with multiple award-winning corporate TV productions.
