Florian was Head of the Production Department and Executive Producer at LIFE+, the sponsoring association of the Life Ball, for several years, as well as Creative Director at Hallamasch CAE and Project Manager and Chief Scheduler at PH-PDP. He has also advised and supervised projects such as the Lower Austrian Church Congress on a voluntary basis.

Florian specializes in format development for live events and helps clients to give events and happenings the right narrative and dramaturgical framework, even before the first operational decisions are made. Built thereon, he supports clients during implementation and, ensures that things run smoothly in his function as a live director.

In addition to classic formats, he has developed a focus on working with immersive and interactive forms of staging - both analog and digital. He produces several immersive productions a year as commissioned work, from scripting to performance.
Before all that, he studied theater, film and media studies and attended the Anton Bruckner Private University when it was still called the Konservatorium.
